Cyberpanel self signed SSL issue is a common issue. If you have just installed cyberpanel and you are not able to generate SSL successfully, you are not alone who is facing this issue.
\nEven I have faced the same issue and I was not able to find a solution on cyberpanel forum or on any documentation of cyberpanel because my issue was not listed and cyberpanel.
\nFinally, I found the solution after many tries and any of the below mentioned solutions should work for you depending upon your situation.<\/p>\n

Before I start with the solution, make sure you have met the below requirements before generating SSL.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Make sure your Domain name is pointing to your server IP.<\/li>\n
  2. You should wait for 24-48hrs and let the DNS update get completed if you have made any DNS update.<\/li>\n
  3. \u00a0Login into Cyberpanel > website list, and click on ‘manage’ which is for your domain.
    \nThen open the file manager and click on “Fix permission”.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Solution 1<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    Login into server as root<\/strong> user and execute the below command<\/p>\n

    wget -O – https:\/\/get.acme.sh | sh<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    (Replace hostathash.com with your Domain name)<\/em><\/p>\n

    \"cyberpanel<\/p>\n

    Now try again generating the SSL from Dashboard > SSL > Manage SSL > (Select your domain) > Issue SSL
    \n<\/em><\/p>\n

    If the issue was with acme challenge, your SSL should be generated and installed automatically in up to 5 mins.<\/p>\n

    Solution 2<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Login into SSH<\/li>\n
    2. Execute the below command (replace<\/strong> ‘hostathashemail@gmail.com’ with your own email)
      \n

      acme.sh –register-account -m hostathashemail@gmail.com<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      \"cyberpanel<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Now try again generating the SSL from Dashboard > SSL > Manage SSL > (Select your domain) > Issue SSL
      \nIf the issue was of account creation at Zero SSL<\/strong>, your SSL should be generated in up to 5 mins.<\/p>\n

      Solution 3<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

      If the above methods did not solve your issue, execute the following command in SSH and check the error you are getting
      \n(Copy the full command<\/em> and replace <YOUR_DOMAIN> with your domain name).<\/p>\n

      \/root\/.acme.<\/span>sh<\/span>\/acme.<\/span>sh<\/span> –issue -d <\/span><<\/span>YOUR_DOMAIN<\/span>><\/span> -d www.<\/span><<\/span>YOUR_DOMAIN<\/span>><\/span> –cert-file \/etc\/letsencrypt\/live\/<\/span><<\/span>YOUR_DOMAIN<\/span>><\/span>\/cert.<\/span>pem<\/span> –key-file \/etc\/letsencrypt\/live\/<\/span><<\/span>YOUR_DOMAIN<\/span>><\/span>\/privkey.<\/span>pem<\/span> –fullchain-file \/etc\/letsencrypt\/live\/<\/span><<\/span>YOUR_DOMAIN<\/span>><\/span>\/fullchain.<\/span>pem<\/span> -w \/home\/<\/span><<\/span>YOUR_DOMAIN<\/span>><\/span>\/public_html –force –debug<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      Once you know the error, it will be easy to solve it<\/p>\n
